Fire In The Ambulance Bay

Full Burnout of Ambulance

MONTGOMERY COUNTY EMS, TENNESSEE, AMBULANCE station 23 went 10-7 Wednesday morning at 9:45 when a fire started in the cab of their ambulance.  The unit was parked in the bay at the time and the two EMT's were nearby but not in the unit.

The Clarksville Fire – Rescue Department had the fire out within 20 minutes, but the ambulance was fully burned up and the bay had extensive damage.

This event occurred just four hours previous to this posting and so far there is no further information about the incident.
