Tour of retired FDNY rigs

What will you look like after a decade?

I spend part of New Year’s Day looking forward, considering what is possible and plausible.

Ran across this video from firebuff THEMAJESTIRIUM1

A storage lot of rigs scheduled for disposal, probably including those damaged by Superstorm Sandy last year.

FDNY replaces front line rigs after a decade of service, what will you look like in 2024?

Did you attend a lot of working incidents, using all of your capabilities?

Or did you spend most of your time idling at activated fire alarms and medical runs?

Do you still look bright and ready, the result of daily attention to the rig.

Or are your levers sticky and finish dull from years of neglect?
